Phentrimine - Healthy weight loss

If you wish to combat excess weight safely, go with Phentrimine. Phentrimine is a scientifically formulated diet pill and is not a mixture of herbal ingredients whose effects are doubtful.

Eating less is the very nature of dieting and the only way to lose weight is to take in less than you burn for energy. The most critical factor of eating less is controlling your appetite.

Phentrimine's Advanced Formula is designed to produce similar effects as that of the most popular prescription medications to suppress appetite effectively.

Powerful ingredients - Advanced Formula

Phentrimine's primary ingredient is a sympathomimetic amine, meaning it mimics norepinephrine, which elevates metabolic rate, increases fat mobilization, and increases energy levels.

1,3-dimethylpentylamine works through a similar pathway as ephedrine, causing an increase in cAMP (the chemical messenger that triggers fat release and provides potent appetite suppression and thermogenic action).

This is a true Ephedra replacement with its smooth, long lasting energizing effects.

By affecting the uptake and release of various catecholamines (norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine), 1,3 d can safely promote mental stimulation, mood enhancement, energy production, and bronchiole dilation while suppressing appetite.

1,3,7 trimethylxanthine is a competitive inhibitor of the enzyme cAMP (cyclic AMP) phosphodiesterase (cAMP-PDE), which converts cyclic AMP in cells to its noncyclic form, allowing cAMP to build up in cells. Cyclic AMP participates in the messaging cascade produced by cells in response to stimulation by epinephrine, so by blocking its removal, 1,3,7 T intensifies and prolongs the effects of epinephrine and epinephrine-like drugs such as amphetamine, methamphetamine, or methylphenidate.

Phentrimine will curb your hunger so effectively that you just can't eat. You will feel full, energized and satisfied for hours.

What was the final straw...
May 29, 2009 at 5:56 pm

I just wanted to start a thread where we could talk about what was the final straw that made you finally make the commitment to live healthy. Feel free to share, i think it helps to open up and see what motivates us to be better!
I know my story is kind of long but thank you for reading!

For me, its not just about the numbers on the scale, its about feeling strong and capable and confident. I want to look sexy and toned and feel good in my clothes, not awkward. But mostly I want to be healthy for my children and set good examples for them. I have yo-yo dieted losing 10lbs and gaining it back but I usually was in a healthy BMI but then one day I realized that my BMI was just on the brink of overweight, After I had my daughter my weight actually brought me into the obese category and that is the heaviest i have been in my life. I knew i had to do something but everything i tried was always just halfway. Id work out once a week for maybe 15 minutes, id eat healthy one day and fast food the next. What finally made me decide to make this a lifelong commitment was when i realized I have to take about 30 pictures of me with my kids before i can choose one that i don't look too fat in to keep. If someone takes a random picture of me and the kids i always hate the picture because i think i look fat in the picture. I didn't think of myself as a fat person, i just thought it was a bad picture. I knew i had put on weight over the years but i figured i carried it well and i was tall so i thought you couldn't really tell. however, When i look at old photo albums of myself and my husband when we were first together i realized that i liked the pictures because my face did not look fat in them. then i realized wow, a flat belly, smooth thighs, no love handles, damn i was hot! As my husband and i gained weight through the years there are fewer and fewer pictures of us together because i always wind up deleting them because i looked fat, but i thought it was just the picture . I told myself that I still looked good in person, just not in pictures... Now that I have two beautiful children, i don't want memories to be ruined just because i am too afraid to face reality and realize its not just a bad angle or a bad picture, I look fat in the pictures because i AM fat. And if i don't want to look fat in pictures then i need to get my butt in shape and lose the fat!

Anyone taking Super Ditex w/ Phen?
May 29, 2009 at 4:28 pm

My Dr. gave me Super Ditex to take along w/ Phen. I am suppose to take it one hour before my largest meal w/ a glass of water. Is it a fat burner or is it just to help you feel full so you don't eat so much? Thanks in advance!

Am I in denial???
May 29, 2009 at 3:30 pm

So... I just found some pictures of myself from last August on my family's float trip. I was seriously HUGE... I don't think that at the time I realized how big I really was and I feel horrible. What if I still don't have an accurate perception of myself and I am still much bigger than I think I am?? I hope I don't sound stupid... its just that I don't know how I let myself go that far...

I live in Long Beach, CA and can't find anywhere closer than Whittier to get Phentermine or even a good diet doctor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

6 weeks on Phen and have some questions
May 29, 2009 at 2:25 pm

I have lost almost 17lbs in six weeks. I'm not complaining but I have hoped it would be more.
I am on 30mg and I feel like the effects are starting to where off. I read something about taking 5htp to help with that but I'm not certain if that is correct and the proper dosage. Or should I ask to be put on the 37.5?
Also, how long should I stay on phen? I do still have about 50 more pounds I need to lose but I want to be careful on phen.

Newbie - got some questions
May 29, 2009 at 1:41 pm

I'm new here and had some questions..I just started researching Phen and found this message board.
I would like to see a doctor and start phentermine, but I have medicaid.. Does anyone know if medicaid covers this? I'm sure it doesn't..or how much it would be without insurance?
I can only see a family doctor or gyno, I never go to the doctor..so i don't have a personal doctor yet. Would i see a family doctor to talk about this and weight loss?

i'm 20 and live in ga if that helps anyone or if anyone knows of a certain doctor I could see.

Finally able to do something!!!!!!
May 29, 2009 at 11:17 am

It has been a long 6 years. Finally I am getting some help. For six years, I had bad TOM, dry skin, hair loss, extreme fatigue, and of course a 60 pound weight gain. Finally four months ago, I was told I have a Pituitary disorder that keeps my thyroid from functioning correctly. Well was i relieved!! But then told it was harder to treat that regular Hypo. Well the fatigue is gone, weight stabilized (no loss though) hair loss slowed, still have dry skin but I live in Denver!! And now after talking my Dr. into Phen I have finally seen the scale drop, two pounds but that is the first drop in 6 YEARS!!!!!!!! I wanted to do it on my own, but nothing worked. I am young (38) happily married and just HATE the way I look. it affected EVERY par t of my life. I had always been no more than 140 and being 5'6 that was ok. Now today I am 215. I have along way to go, and I know it will be hard, but hopefully then Phen finally helps me cross the finish line. Then a TUMMY TUCK!!!!!!! after four kids, really needed!!

Thanks for listening!!!!!!!

INNW - Started Phen Today
May 29, 2009 at 10:37 am

If not now, when?

I've had some horrible wake-up calls, in the recent past. I just turned 30 (this week), and am doing a re-assessment of my priorities. Last year, I dislocated my patella (knee cap) twice, after the second time, the doc wanted me to go under the knife, so that they could make sure it was tracking correctly. Sure enough, there was some kind of debris that it was catching on and knocking it out of place.

After surgery, I had some severe complications. I was hospitalized was a 14 inch long blood clot in my leg, and bilateral PE (clotting) in my lungs. How this came about is a mystery to the finest in the area, but the doc felt that my obesity was a contributing factor. The surgery didn't help.

After almost not making it to 30, I decided that something had to be done. Of course, I have other health issues that haven't helped, either, including PCOS. Now that I'm being treated for the clotting, my PCOS therapy is out the window. So, I sat in my doc's office this morning, discussing my options to help me along. She offered phen as an aid, since it is one of the scripts that won't interact with my coumadin.

I'm ready to try this. Up until now, I've stayed away from "diet pills", but I seem to be running out of options, since my body won't respond to traditional diet and exercise modification. Surgery is out of the question at this point, since that helped me get to where I'm at right now.

So, I saw another new member's post, talking about her short-term goals being 10-15 lbs every two months. That would be nice. I am supposed to graduate with my master's degree in December, and I would like to have lost 45-50 lbs by then. I know that is pushing the average to more like 15-18 lbs every two months. Nonetheless, I would like to set that as my mid-term goal. With short term goals being the 10-15 lbs or 18 lbs every 2 months. My long range goal is to get back down to 170-175 lbs. I know that is still high for my height, and would make my BMI about 25-27, but when I was in high school I had a high density of muscle. My body wouldn't allow me to go less than 170 lbs, no matter what I tried.

So, this is me, today. I took my first phen pill. I was feeling a little loopy for the first half hour or so, but now I just feel wide awake, not so groogy. That can't be entirely bad.

I've been MIA - - but still here!
May 29, 2009 at 9:44 am

Hello!
I just wanted to put up a post to say that I'm still here, and still kicking with the weight loss! I've been unbelieveably BUSY BUSY BUSY these days and just haven't had the time to get on the forum. I have made it down to 214 It's starting to come off again finally! Now TOM is here so I'm steering clear of the scale for a few days, lol.
My hubby is doing better, will still need another surgery on his hand, but at least he's not in such unbearable pain anymore.
I miss ya'll, I will try to get on more :)

Back on the non-phen weight loss wagon
May 29, 2009 at 8:49 am

For a few days I've been MIA...that is because I fell off the band wagon and was being dragged ( or is it drug) behind it for about a week now. I've been exercising but not as much and not particularly caring about what I eat. A very kind and caring person from our support forum messaged me to see how I was doing and where I was because she hadn't seen me on the forum lately and that really put things into perspective. I have people who've never met me that genuinely are concerned about me and that's given me a rejuvenated outlook on my weight loss even though I am sans Phentermine. Sometimes it ****s that I'm one of the people who get the side effects that are listed under the "if you have this effect contact the doctor immediately".. all my life I never tried hard drugs because I was afraid I'd be the one statistic that died the first time trying it and when I do get a PRESCRIBED drug.. I get a bad side effect. (sarcasm).. But it will be all right.. my neighbors are PCS'ing (permanently changing stations) and they brought me some crack that I love... BACON.. now I won't indulge in it..erm..over indulge but I'll still eat a slice and enjoy every last bit. My husband doesn't allow ANY pork of any kind in our home so when he's deployed I eat pork when I want to. I'm a terrible wife I suppose but after beef and chicken and turkey all the time it's nice to have a pork chop or a slice of bacon when he isn't here. :)

Be it my luck I'd be the one person who gets Swine Flu from eating cooked pork! :p I wouldn't be surprised if he came in the door on his RnR (rest and relaxation for 2 weeks during deployments) that he smell it on the walls and the furniture.. I'd be soo soo busted! :) Ahh well, I deserve some crackon (bacon is my crack) every once in a while to help deal with my three little men who are mini daddies. :D I love you all from the bottom of my heart and thank you for showing support and love regardless in my recovery from obesity.. this year would be difficult if I did not have my Phrends.

To wear a shoe or not to, that's the question
May 29, 2009 at 8:30 am

So my Phrends, this may sound dumb, but.... is it better to wear shoes while working out or no shoes, or does it matter? Today is only the second time I've worn shoes while working out.. I HATE SHOES...I HATE SOCKS. I'm as country as it gets! I noticed that it's a bit easier on the balance and I'm not crying halfway through the workouts because I want to give up ( that could also be a mental thing I'm going through too), but I also and hating the fact that I have to wear shoes.. that's how much I hate having things on my feet. I am definitely a flip flip girl!. Comments, suggestions?
