| | So I am pretty sure that I am not geting enough protien. I feel faint most of the day, I shake, and I have NO energy at all. I could litterally sit in a chair at work and fall asleep, and our chairs s u c k. :p I would like to try protien shakes... But this is an issue for me, because while I can eat just about anything, I have a terrible gag reflex with alot of drinks. I hate milkshakes, not because they taste bad, but because they coat my mouth... Same with yogurt drinks, same with liquid medication, same with milk..the list goes on and on. Is there a protien drink that is pretty thin, that tastes good, with low fat, low cals, and high protien? Or am I chasing a dream? |

| | So I haven't been on here in about a month or more. I have been so busy but still taking phen off and on. I cut my one dose into half and often skip. I had only a 3 month supply that I have stretched into about 5 and still have about 2 - 3 weeks left. More if I continue to take half and skip. I think I only did a month of a pill a day. The first three pics are before and the second two are now. Actually about a month ago and I have lost about 8 more pounds so I hope to get a recent pic up soon but my camera broke!!! I reached my goal of 160 and now hope to get to 155 and maintain.:D If I can do it you can do it!!!!!!!! |

| | I found this when I was low carbing and it has helped a lot with my sugar control (no spikes after eating this). For a serving it ends up being 5 net carbs. It's not cheap about 2.69 a box but it's well worth it. I wasn't sure if many of you knew about this so I thought I would share. I now serve this to the whole family and not one person could tell the difference. |

| | So today was my first day at the docs! i was very impressed ! i was there for four hours. the first was a program intro, they told us what to eat, & what not to eat etc. it was really awsome! it was 410.00 but i think is was totally worth it. all the xtras's i thought i was going to have to get was included. i was given my water pills, fish oils phen. htp5 blend multivita. a total of 5 bottles. ekg blood urine, diet plan shot .i have to detox for the first 14 days. i was worried but it was nothing like the last program i was on. the doc taught me a lot. i also got to meet a man who just started and lost 10lbs and his daughter 5.5 in one week. oh and i almost forgot the tons of take home info. i have not taken the suppliments today other than the shot. i am going to start fresh tomorrow. i am to take 1/2 a phen (37.5) after lunch not past 12:30. |

| | Hellom all! Well I just started Phen today. I took half this morning and the other half this afternoon. I was pretty much good this morning as far as hunger. I did feel jittery at first, but that went away after a while. After taking my second pill I still felt hungry....I ate an apple and it felt a little better. I just ate dinner, 3 small pieces of chicken tenderloin, brocolli and a 3inch piece of corn...i still feel hungry :confused: why?? Maybe I need to drink some water to get full....I iknow its only my first day,. so maybe I need to give my body a chance to adjust and really take effect to the pill. Also, I felt so tired today when I got home, like I had no energy....has this happened to anyone else? How soon has anyone started losing since they started taking Phen? Just curious....I am so glad I found this website and look forward to being much smaller than I am now....:D |

| | I am stuck again!!! Seems every two weeks it stops. You would think with all I have to lose it would stall a little closer to my ideal weight and I would lose more to begin with. I just cant break 200. It has been 7 weeks on Phen. I exercise and eat between 1200-1400 calories. There is no way my weight could stay this high eating those calories. So frustrating.... |

| | On Saturday after eating a huge breakfast, I went to see a doctor at a weight loss clinic. He gave me 37.5 of Phen, and I took one as soon as I got in the car! When he weighed me, I weighed in at 161 pounds. I am so happy to say that this morning when I weighed myself I weighed in at 153.8 pounds!! It has only 5 days and I am down 7 pounds!! I am turning 30 on July 29th, and to celebrate my husband I are going to Belize for a week. At first, I was dreading having to put on a bathing suit, but now, I am ready!! (After a few more pounds of course) My first goal is to get out of the 150's!!! My second goal is to of course get out of the 140's! And my ultimate goal is to weigh 130 pounds. The first 22 years of my life, I was thin. I didn't have to worry about what I ate I always stayed at 115 pounds and I am 5'5. After giving birth to my daughter, Raegan (she is 7) I gained 70 pounds!! I lost 40 pounds by working out by the time she was 2, but then I started going through a lot of stress and I gained a lot of it back. I became an emotional eater, and I had lost my motivation. With turning 30, I feel like enough is ENOUGH! It is time to get this weight off so I can enjoy my life moving forward and let go of the weight as I say good-bye to my 20's!! I joined this forum today for support and to read the success of others so I can stay motivated this time around!! I haven't started exercising yet, but my doctor has recommended that I do at least 60 minutes of Cardio 4-5 times a week. He has also restricted me from anything white...no flour, no sugar, no white dressings, no potatoes, no mayo, no sour cream, no rice, no fast food, no fried food and etc. Eat more fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meats, beans, yogurt without sugar and etc! For the first month, no pasta, bread or rice even if it is wheat!!! He believes that if I follow this as well as take my phen every day and drink 64 ounces of water each day that I will be able to hit my goal weight of 130 pounds in 3 months. When he first said that, I wanted to say are you crazy??? I meet with a nutritionist every 2 weeks to track my progress as well as with him to get all my vitals and etc done. I really believe this time I can do it, and I can't wait to get there!!! I may not be able to get bikini fine in time for summer time, but I will be Foxy in the Fall! LOL Good luck to you all! |

| | I have been visiting this forum for a little over a month, and it became like my little family I would go to when I needed support. My whole "real" family has pretty much disowned me, well not completely but in so many words. When I decided to try to lose the weight again I googled something about phentermine and It brought me to this sight and I was so excited, I was like WOW this is a really close knit little family! But now I feel as though I've been disowned by this family as well. I'm just so sad because I feel like I've lost my best friend lol! I was here all the time! | | Hello all!! I am new to the board and have been inspired by everyone's journeys so I figured I'd keep one of my own. Today I started my first day of phen. Went yesterday and saw the doc, he would like me to take in about 2500 calories/day. Not sure if that is a lot? Seems like more than what everyone is consuming. He gave me to big restrictions that hurt my spirits, lol--no alcohol or red meat. I was expecting the no alcohol but the no red meat was a surprise. I just got back from vacation so I figured I relaxed and partied now its time to get serious. So officially my weigh in came in at 340 lbs with I believe it was a 41% BMI. They told me my muscle mass was great, water mass was way too low, and of course my fat mass has to be significantly reduced. I have in the past been the type of person not to eat any breakfast and maybe something quick (fast food most times) and then make it up at dinner---first lesson learned yesterday was that's the worst thing to do. Problem, or should I say circumstance because its my own fault, is I start work at 6:30 in the morning and go to the gym (when I do make it) at 5:15. So my mornings are really short for preparation for the day. Well I am looking forward to the journey, My goal weight is around 230-240. Just thought I'd give an introduction of myself and ask if anyone has some tips for some good food that will meet my calorie intake needs? Looking forward to the future!!! |

| | I think there are a few of us eating a lowcarb lifestyle so I thought since I'm so chatty this morning I'd start up a LC thread. I like this way of eating because I am sure I can incorporate it after phen. I don't want to be on phen after 3 months. I take my phen at 2 pm and it gets me through my most difficult time of the day, the evenings. Breakfast and Lunch have never been much of a problem so I got that down, it's just those evenings and weekends that I need to learn to manage on lowcarbs and I've been able to do it. Now don't get me wrong on the weekends I've had the fourth of July, swimming, and backyard barbeques and I've had a small bowl of watermelon or a slice of wheat toast but then I stop, I am pretty sure the phen is helping me to keep in control and hopefully I will learn to do this on my own. I drink up to 150oz of water but I have always done this so it is no new to me. Actually the lowcarb way of eating is not new to me,,what's new to me is staying committed to this way of eating and that my phends is what phen is doing until I can learn on my own!! What are you eating, are you counting your carbs or do you just know to eat meat and green veggies? |

| | Chelsea, I've noticed you've been aggressive on "save the animals" on other threads (to each his own) but I'm wondering if your weight gain was from eating a vegitarian diet? How long have you been a vegitarian? I think in another thread you stated your husband doesn't eat a vegitarian diet, do you have children do they eat a vegitarian diet? Some of the animal "impacted" comments here on the forum seem to bring you out on your soap box, don't get me wrong it's wonderful that you are so committed, does your husband eating meat bother you as much? I know for a fact that my new way of eating is different from my husbands and I am learning to live without interrupting his way of eating, he's grown and knows what he likes. For me eating a lowcarb diet is easy with my husband because I fix meat for both of us and he gets the pototoe, beans, or other side that I don't take but I have green veggies to round off my meal so it's pretty easy. Are your menu's difficult to work out for the two different ways of eating? Really I am only asking out of curiosity and to better understand something I am not familiar with, the vegitarian life style. Thanks for any words of wisdom |
