Phentrimine - Healthy weight loss

If you wish to combat excess weight safely, go with Phentrimine. Phentrimine is a scientifically formulated diet pill and is not a mixture of herbal ingredients whose effects are doubtful.

Eating less is the very nature of dieting and the only way to lose weight is to take in less than you burn for energy. The most critical factor of eating less is controlling your appetite.

Phentrimine's Advanced Formula is designed to produce similar effects as that of the most popular prescription medications to suppress appetite effectively.

Powerful ingredients - Advanced Formula

Phentrimine's primary ingredient is a sympathomimetic amine, meaning it mimics norepinephrine, which elevates metabolic rate, increases fat mobilization, and increases energy levels.

1,3-dimethylpentylamine works through a similar pathway as ephedrine, causing an increase in cAMP (the chemical messenger that triggers fat release and provides potent appetite suppression and thermogenic action).

This is a true Ephedra replacement with its smooth, long lasting energizing effects.

By affecting the uptake and release of various catecholamines (norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine), 1,3 d can safely promote mental stimulation, mood enhancement, energy production, and bronchiole dilation while suppressing appetite.

1,3,7 trimethylxanthine is a competitive inhibitor of the enzyme cAMP (cyclic AMP) phosphodiesterase (cAMP-PDE), which converts cyclic AMP in cells to its noncyclic form, allowing cAMP to build up in cells. Cyclic AMP participates in the messaging cascade produced by cells in response to stimulation by epinephrine, so by blocking its removal, 1,3,7 T intensifies and prolongs the effects of epinephrine and epinephrine-like drugs such as amphetamine, methamphetamine, or methylphenidate.

Phentrimine will curb your hunger so effectively that you just can't eat. You will feel full, energized and satisfied for hours.

Mistress????
July 9, 2009 at 11:05 pm

A very prestigious wealthy man and his wife were having dinner at a very fine restaurant when this absolutely stunning young woman comes over to their table, gives the husband a big open mouthed kiss, then says she'll see him later and walks away.

The wife glares at her husband and says, "Who was that?"

"Oh," replies the husband, "she's my mistress."

Well, that's the last straw," says the wife. "I've had enough. I want a divorce!"

"I can understand that," replies her husband, "but remember if we get a divorce, it will mean no more shopping trips to Paris , no more wintering in Barbados , no more summers in Tuscany , no more Jaguar in the garage and no more yacht club. But the decision is yours."

Just then, a colleague of the husband enters the restaurant with a gorgeous babe on his arm.

"Who's that woman with Matt ?" asks the wife.

"That's his mistress," says her husband.

"Ours is prettier," she replies

HAHA, Thought you guys would get a kick out of this one!!;)

New to site
July 9, 2009 at 10:59 pm

Hi, I have been off and on the site for about a month. This is about how long I have been on Phen. I have tried a lot of other methods of losing weight and I hope that this is a successful method for me. I went to the doctor on June 15 weighing (I am so embarssed to say) 312. As of 07*09*09 i weigh 284. So, I think that is pretty good. I hope to be motivation to someone as well as someone being motivation to me. I wish everyone the best of luck.

PHEN SWAP
July 9, 2009 at 9:53 pm

Hello All,

I have taken 30mg Phen in the past (Blue/Clear), and have recently had a baby in January. I have been eating very healthy and exercising 5 days a week, to little avail. I have a variety of some brand new high-end smashbox cosmetics I'd love to trade. Let me know!

Thanks :)

Just started Today!
July 9, 2009 at 9:23 pm

Hi! My names Cierra and I'm from Iowa. I am a busy mom of two beautiful girls who started on Phentermine today. I had heard about it from alot of the patients that come to the clinic that I am doing my internship at. I talked to my dr about it and he said it would be a good way to start a healthier lifestyle. Its not that I havent tried to be healthy it just seems that I felt like I was starving all the time when obviously I wasn't! So I started today on Phentermine and so far so good. I feel a little jittery but I was told that was normal but I am way less hungry. I really hope that I can work at this and make it work! I'd love to hear anyone elses stories that might help me along!!!

Thanks!!

I'm back
July 9, 2009 at 9:19 pm

I started phentermine in Nov of 08 I was losing weight but I was not eating at all unless I took something to make sleep. But, now I'm back and ready to drop these pounds. So anyone with any tips or suggestions on how to stay focused and ways to drop the pounds just let me know. Thanks:D

UGHHHH Feeling Guilty
July 9, 2009 at 9:11 pm

So I thought posting this on here might make me feel better. Tonight I had to drive my step-daughter to her friends house at 6:00. She lives 30 minutes away so that is 1 hour on the road. I wanted to make sure and get in a walk with the dogs since I didn't get up this morning. Well I think I would have been better off having dinner than going for the walk. Since I went for the walk I didn't have time to eat and before I dropped my step-daughter off I stopped at Wendy's to get her some dinner and I was soooo hungry by this time (don't think I ate enough throughout the day) that I made the horrible decision to get something. I got the Ultimate Grill Chicken meal with a Iced Tea. Now I only at the top bun and ordered it with no honey mustard. I also only ate 1/2 a small fry. While my calories for the day are still at 968 I feel terrible. I feel bad that I made the decision to have fast food (one goal I had to not eat anywhere but home so I can control what I am eating) and I physically feel bad cause it made what started out to be a skinny day into feeling like a fat day. Somehow it hit me today that when you eat something you shouldn't it not only is bad for your but it makes me feel bad physically. Hopefully this was a learning leason for me. Like I stated I was hoping that by getting it out I would feel better. Thanks for listening.

insurance coverage
July 9, 2009 at 9:01 pm

Does your insurance pay for your prescription? If not, how much does it cost?

I just got 40 pills of 15 mgs each and it was $29.95... if I get a higher dosage is it the same price?

Has anyone done Medifast?
July 9, 2009 at 8:46 pm

My bariatric doc is really into this program, but, I'm not sold on it...I didn't think it was good for you to put your body into ketosis...I'm just afraid that I'd have problems with my low blood sugar...

Any input?

On day two and new!
July 9, 2009 at 8:08 pm

Hi everyone!

A few years ago I got on Depo and quit smoking around the same time and gained about 20 pounds which I can't seem to take off no matter what I try. It's been extremely frustrating, so that is why I am trying phen and really hope it works! I thought the weight would just drop off when I got off the depo, but it didn't. I thought the weight would just drop off if I stopped drinking beer, but it didn't. I thought the weight would just drop off if I started exercising 5 times a week and counting calories . . . you get my drift! I thought losing weight was as simple as burning more than you consumed, but I am starting to feel like there is something that is making it impossible for me to lose weight no matter what I do - and I am very active, surf on the weekends, take the dog for a walk everyday, etc. I had some thyroid tests done by my doctor and she said they all were normal. I was hoping they wouldn't be normal so that I would have some explanation for my extra, stubborn weight. Oh, I guess I should say what I weigh. I used to be 140 lbs without even trying and now am struggling to stay at 160 lbs. and I am 33 years old.

A friend lost weight with phen and showed me where to get it, so that is how I ended up here. I am on day two and so far so good. I thought I would have no desire to eat, but i still get hungry, just not as much. I am noticing that I am just not snacking as much. I am also realizing that part of the equation is going to be healthy choices when I do eat, and the phen can't do that! (wish it could!) I have been feeling a little spacey on it and actually feel weirdly more relaxed as opposed to feeling more energy. I have been taking half a pill in the morning and another half at lunch.

So that's me! It's nice to read everyone elses posts and realize I am no alone with weight struggles. I would SO love to get rid of these pesky extra 20 pounds and get back to looking and feeling the way I used to.

Should Harry go to the Third Grade????
July 9, 2009 at 7:42 pm

A first-grade teacher, Ms. Brooks, was having trouble with one of her students The teacher asked, 'Harry, what's your problem?'

Harry answered, 'I'm too smart for the 1st grade. My sister is in the 3rd grade and I'm smarter
than she is! I think I should be in the 3rd grade too!'

Ms. Brooks had had enough. She took Harry to the Principal's office.

While Harry waited in the outer office, the teacher explained to the principal what the situation was. The principal told Ms. Brooks he would give the
boy a test. If he failed to answer any of his questions he was to go back to the 1st grade and behave. She agreed.

Harry was brought in and the conditions were explained to him and he agreed to take the test.

Principal:
'What is 3 x 3?'

Harry:
'9.'

Principal:
'What is 6 x 6?'

Harry:
'36.'

And so it went with every question the principal thought a 3rd grader should know.

The principal looks at Ms. Brooks and tells her,
'I think Harry can go to the 3rd grade.'

Ms. Brooks says to the principal,
'Let me ask him some questions.'

The principal and Harry both agreed.

1) Ms. Brooks asks, 'What does a cow have four of that I have only two of?'

Harry, after a moment: 'Legs.'

2) Ms Brooks: 'What is in your pants that you have but I do not have?'

The principal wondered why would she ask such a
question!

Harry replied: 'Pockets.'

3) Ms. Brooks: 'What does a dog do that a man steps into?'

Harry:
'Pants.'

4) Ms. Brooks: What starts with a C, ends with a T, is hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin, whitish liquid?'

Harry:
'Coconut.'

The principal sat forward with his mouth hanging open.

5) Ms. Brooks:
'What goes in hard and pink then comes out soft and sticky?'

The principal's eyes opened really wide and before he could stop the answer, Harry replied, 'Bubble gum.'

6) Ms. Brooks: 'What does a man do standing up, a woman does sitting down and a dog does on three legs?'

Harry: 'Shake hands.'

The principal was trembling.

7) Ms. Brooks: 'What word starts with an 'F' and ends in 'K' that means a lot of heat and excitement?'

Harry: 'Firetruck.'

The principal breathed a sigh of relief and told the
teacher,
'Put Harry in the fifth-grade, I got the last seven questions wrong.....'

New and lost
July 9, 2009 at 2:48 pm

Hello I am new here and I just started the 30 mgs 2 times a day a week ago. I quit taking them 2 times a day because my heart was racing really fast and my face would some times go numb and I would get a bad headache that scared me. Now that I am taking them 1 a day the symptoms aren't as bad but I still have them. Should I stop all topgether?

Lost 6lbs Already
July 9, 2009 at 2:15 pm

I am 22 yrs. old and went to my Dr. the other day to talk about getting the lap band surgery. We are starting the process, but in the mean time, he prescribed me Phentermine. This is my third day, but this morning, I weighed myself, I have already lost 6 lbs. I was very excited!:o

My problem is that I am not eating very much. Has anyone else had that problem? I am just afraid that when I get off these pills all my weight is going to come back. I am eating only 800 calories a day, and I'm hoping if I continue to eat 800 calories a day when I get off of the pill that the weight won't come back. What do you think? Does anyone have any similar experience with this?

Allow myself to introduce... myself
July 9, 2009 at 2:08 pm

Hello, everyone! I'm new to the site and sort of new to Phen. A few months ago, my doctor put me on 37.5 mgs every other day, claiming this pattern has maximum efficacy because the body doesn't build resistance to the drug as quickly. The dosage was too high for me (insomnia, extreme dry mouth, way too amped up/nervous) and I had to go off it for the remainder of the school year.

Now I'm back on but trying only half the dosage, still taking every other day. Yesterday was an "on" day, my first, and I felt like the drug was just as effective as an appetite suppressant but without the side effects I experienced last time. Today is an "off" day and I'm concerned that my appetite will come back full force and negate yesterday's efforts.

Is anyone else doing this? If not, how frequently do you take Phen and at what dosage? Is it working for you?

I'm really excited to be a part of this forum. Thank you ahead of time for your feedback!

Every Other Day?

A Pleasant Surprise
July 9, 2009 at 1:24 pm

Like most folks, I have a "large" and "extra large" wardrobe, depending on whether my weight is up or down.

Last week, I was pleased to find out that I can now fit once again into one of my favorite pair of Polo cargo shorts. Yay! A small victory.

I was wearing them last night and started walking up a flight of stairs....and they fell off my hips!

What the heck? My "large" wardrobe isn't supposed to do that!

I got out a tape measure and was amazed to find my waist line had shrunk another inch in one week! Six inches off my waistline since May 1st!

Have a question.
July 9, 2009 at 1:05 pm

Men never learn !
July 9, 2009 at 7:05 am

A man boarded an airplane in Baltimore with a box of
frozen crabs and asked a blonde, female crew member to
take care of the box for him. She took the box and promised to put it in the crew's refrigerator.

He pointedly advised her that he was holding her personally responsible for the crabs staying frozen, mentioned that he was a lawyer, and proceeded to rant at her about what would happen if she let them thaw out.

Needless to say, she was annoyed by his behavior.

Shortly before landing in New York, she used the intercom to announce to the entire cabin, "Would the gentleman who gave me the crabs in Baltimore, please raise your hand?"

Not one hand went up , so she took them home and ate them.

Two lessons here:
1. Men never learn.
2. Blondes aren't as dumb as most men think!

;)
